How does the multi-team discount work?
Discounts apply automatically when you add teams. Have 3 teams? Each is $25/mo. Add 2 more to reach 5 teams, and they all drop to $20/mo. It's automatic—no coupon codes needed.
What happens if I remove a team?
Your pricing tier adjusts at the next billing cycle. We'll notify you before any price changes take effect, and you can always add teams back to regain discounts.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes! You'll need to purchase your own domain and point it to our servers. There's no extra charge from StatLine—just the normal domain registration cost from your registrar.
What if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. Your data stays available for 30 days in case you want to reactivate. After that, it's permanently deleted per our privacy policy.
Why does pricing change at 8+ teams?
Our program tier (5-7 teams) covers typical full programs. For organizations with 8+ teams, we offer custom enterprise pricing—contact us and we'll create a plan that works for your specific needs.
Will coach tools always be free?
Coach analytics tools are currently included free with all plans during our launch period. We may offer them as a paid add-on in the future, but we'll always give you plenty of notice before any changes.
